In the ‘Sales Order Intake Workbench’ end the TD number in the ‘Special Instructions’ box.

Pop the order open.

Click the first line of the ‘Order Lines’.

Click ‘Monitor’-‘Linked Objects’.

‘PDD’ number will be displayed in the ‘Order’ box.

Some orders are copied into the Freshdesk inbox, in which you will find the 'PDD' number by searching the 'TD' number.
