If an order is in awaiting approval on CMS with address errors, the postcode needs to be checked in ‘Post Codes/Zip Codes’ on LN as sometimes the town is different to what LN has. If you change the town/area to match that of LN and it goes back to ‘awaiting approval’ and an ‘SD’ number isn’t showing in CMS after trying to send to LN, a ticket needs to raised for IT ticket on your desktop icon 'service now'. If the status then shows as ‘awaiting approval’ status needs to be changed to ‘awaiting despatch’ (there is a button at top right (Change Status) which changes it to awaiting dispatch and CMS try’s to send to LN again (if it doesn't have an LN sales order code on it).
